Thanks Alexis! The American grading system really confuses me! I agree with the girls above, just something simple and comfy that aligns with the school code. I'd say natural makeup and a natural or no nail polish as schools (especially schools with younger ones in) can be a bit stricter on that sort of thing.

I don't think there's anything wrong with a 13 year old wearing makeup, but personally I would keep it minimal as your skin starts to get all hormonal around that age. Make sure to start a good skincare routine and don't clog your pores up with heavy foundation in areas you don't need/want covered (like problem areas). Bb cream or tinted moisturizer, lip gloss, and mascara should do the trick. There are plenty of stores in your local mall that are geared towards cute clothes for teenagers but here are some cute outfits imo...

I would look on pinterest if I were still young and cared lol:) Just type in cute outfits for teens and there is a ton of cool ideas.
