Acne and Blackheads! Help!

I have a ton of blackheads and kind of sensitive skin. What are some ways to really make the blackheads disappear? Any good face washes? Also, I sometimes pick at them and they get really sore and red. When they become sores, how can I get rid of those or cover them really well with makeup?

The best face wash to use, ironically enough, not for acne! I've always found brands that don't cater to stopping acne specifically always are great face washes! I personally use Nivea face wash, but I've heard great things about Aveeno as well. What I think you should do, is stop picking them! I know it can be tempting, but pushing your fingers on your blackheads will just cause the dirt to go deeper and spread out.
But, I'm horrible with picking at my face too. And when they do become sores, I always use this concealer stick with acne medication inside, and some liquid foundation on top to make everything look even. It won't conceal them completely, and there's always going to be a spot if you look close enough, but it covers up the redness pretty well! :) good luck!
