Wait until its oily to wash it and use products that are moisturizing and reduce frizz (: "frizz ease" by John Frieda works well

You can heat up some olive oil and massage it into your scalp, then rinse. Of course, if you'd rather go out and buy a product, Garnier Fructis has a good leave-in conditioning cream and also an argan oil treatment. I use both, and my hair is wonderfully soft. Your hair may also be immune to your shampoo. Try switching off shampoos every week or so.
