Yeah people tell me that upper parts should be left alone, but I myself break that rule but I don't pluck it as often as I do with the lower area, I don't see any problem with plucking them as they grow back in pretty normally soo.. Thats just in my case and I've been wanting to hear about this as well. :)

My hairdresser told me that I should really mess with the upper parts cuz it may like get rid of the arch that you want lol:)

My mum who's a beautician says your not supposed to touch the upper bit of your eyebrow but I do it anyway:) also when my friend gets hers done they do the tops of her eyebrows, so Its up to you do what you think:)

I do my bottoms and sometimes top if I want to change my look a little. It grows back anyway and my arch can grow a bit messy if you know what I mean with the stray hairs.

Only pluck on the lower part. If you mess with the top it will mess up your arch. :)

I thread the top of mine, for me I think it give more a polish look, just make sure that when you do touch them that you still keep the shape that you have xx
