Hair Advice!! Help Me Puhhhlease!

So I have long hair with lots of layers. Naturally it's relaxed but with now volume, not only that but my hair falls out a lot and is pretty thin the longer it grows. I don't want to have to resort to hair extensions. How do I get my hair to grow longer but also FULLER?
