I have a wedding to go to next month, and it is a very important yet dressy wedding. I am not part of the wedding party but I will be in a lot of pictures since my boyfriends is the best man and I have been in the family for 3 years.
I was wondering if anyone knows good drugstore makeup that is going to last while still photo friendly. I am looking for primer and foundation and any tips on what to do for eye makeup and stuff. I have combo skin btw but it is more on the oily side.
I am confident in doing makeup just for some reason now sure exactly on what looks good in photos...

Make sure you get products that don't have a lot of SPF in them, that washes out your face in pictures.

I am going to be wearing a blue dress since I have blue eyes. But I don't want to be wearing any colored eye shadow.

Okay. maybe brown eyeshadow? in any case practice first. I also have oily skin and I use an almay foundation and its pretty cheap. bare minerals is also good. if you don't do brown go with a skin tone that has a little shimmer and I w ould go with eyeliner on top and winged but none on bottom. mascara and voila!! you can do blush too but I'm not sure it matters either way. same goes for bronzer but DO NOT go too dark with foundations or bronzers.

I have the same idea as Eve D. that you should wear a bronze or nude and maybe whip it into a smoky eye if you would like to be a little more dramatic. definetly wear a liquid blush because they tend to stay on longer and maybe you should get some false lashes to open up your eyes and enhance the blue. whenever I go to an event I get lashes because I have blonde hair and blue eyes and it really defines them. good luck at the wedding!!:-D.

Thank you so much everyone for the tips :) I of course am already trying new ideas and things with my makeup to find the right things that work for me. But I am still stressing out about foundations. I want to find a drugstore one, I am using revlon colorstay whipped, but not exactly sure about how it photographs. That is what I am worried about the most.
Also I want to do a half up half down hairstyle with curled hair. Do any of you have video suggestions to watch to put a twist on it?
