It really depends on what salon you go to, which stylist does it, and how much effort the process is going to take.
I would expect that in your case, you are not going to get out for under $100.
As a side note, getting your hair to a true platinum is NOT going to be easy - if it's even possible at all - and it would severely damage your hair. I would not recommend doing it. You're much better off with extensions, IMO.

I have only used two different salons while my hair has been platinum blonde (on and off for the past 11-12 years) and they are on complete opposite sides of the spectrum, price-wise. I would pay ANYTHING for someone to do my hair correctly, with minimal damage. Quality and trust is absolutely priceless when it comes to hair-in my opinion.
Growing up (in the North) my parents would pay between $300-$400 to touch up my platinum roots and tone my hair.
Now I go to a salon (in the South) where the owner/master stylist (who is a friend of mine) charges me about $100 give or take, to touch up my roots because I do my own toning at home.
I still can't believe how little I pay right now... I don't think that happens very often! And honestly, I think the man who does my hair now is keeping it in MUCH better condition than the expensive salon that I went to for over a decade and paid a ton for!
Go get consultations! It took me a lot of consultations to find a new stylist I trusted no matter what the price was.
