I'd personally go for something soft. not too dramatic. and instead of a thick cake like foundation, I'd go for a Bb cream or a tinted moisturizer, its easier on the skin, especially with the stress. stick to matte eye colors and thin eyeliner.

Don't overdo anything. I like to wear more neutral eyeshadow, a little bit of mascara, and concealer/foundation if needed. A little bit of eyeliner won't hurt either.

If you want to wear a full on foundation, make sure it matches your skin tone. Splotchy is not at all good, as for eyes, you can have days when you want to be fun and dramatic, like I did in highschool, and you can play up your looks a little bit more, but the days when you play up your looks with neutrals and looking natural is key! Mascara is my favorite thing to tell teens to wear. They can do a light shimmer eye, no liner and mascara and look gorgeous, like I'm sure you will!

Wear whatever the hell you want. There are no "standards", unless you go to a conservative school
