Hey guys does anybody have any tips on how I can achieve bouncy curls without them dropping out, and going flat and frizzy??

Do a wet set, either with pin curls or rollers. You can sleep in them, or just make sure they are dry before you take them out. They will last all day if not longer :)

I have very thick hair, and I just have to say practice makes perfect. It used to take me hours just to get mine into pin curls, but I've done it so many times now that I have muscle memory working for me haha.
