Between Urban Decay and MAC, who has better eyeshadows? I'm a true UDer, but I want to try MAC. What are the must have shades from their collection?

Honestly I think it depends on what you're going to do. If I want a more fun, vibrant look then I turn to my MAC eyeshadows because I feel they do a better job (especially on a night out where if I go dancing I know that the makeup will stay on better) but for a natural look I always turn to my Naked 2 Pallette or my natural eyes Pallette. Not because MAC doesn't have the same colors or even similar ones but there's something about the way they feel.
I feel like its almost lighter than MAC which is what I Iike on days I'll be sitting in a classroom all day or keeping my eyes glued to a textbook.
If you're looking for blending for something like a smoky eye I think MAC does a better job because when blending the pigment does a better job staying into the eyelid.
It all depends on preference and what you're doing.
Hope this was helpful!

I like urban decays texture of the shadows more than macs, but the deeper shades from Mac blend better than urban decay, Mac has a better shade range and you don't have to buy in palettes, though they are more expensive than if you buy urban decays palettes.
