When I wear just powder on my face do I put the illuminator on before or after? same for when I wear liquid foundation, before or after?

For everyday use just apply a small amount to the highs of your cheek bones, down the bridge of your nose, and right above your top lip after you've applied powder.

It depends on what kind of highlighter you are using! If its liquid or cream, you use it before or after foundation (liquid foundation). If you are using a powder highlight you would use it after you powder your skin.
