I use John Frieda shampoo & Manes & Tails conditioner. It's the healthiest my hair has ever been. Mainly bc of the conditioner bc that stuff is amazing.

I used have to wash my hair on the second day. and it looks horrible. reducing the amount of hair products helps, I use head and shoulders and garnier for conditioner. I also use dry shampoo on the second day. also try not to touch your hair that often.

Use the lush solid shampoo bar the purple one. It works wonders on my oily hair and it keeps the oil away much longer even on the second day!!

Clairifying shampoo does the job for me. But you should only use it twice a week. It dries out hair badly.

Once a week wash with an anti-residue/clarifying shampoo! Neutrogena has a great one that's super cheap! This will help clear out all the residue and oil in your hair and keep it from developing oil so fast!

Use shampoos that don't have sulphates or parabens like Live Clean. Also don't apply conditioner to your roots, only the ends of your hair. And don't use a lot of hair product.
