Bad salon experience

Today I got gel nails, the first time ever. I haven't had acrylic in over a year. Anyway, I had 3 people work on my nails. One person left me for another customer, another left to go work out and the final lady. I asked for natural snap and natural French tips. My nails were fingertip length. Instead I got harsh white tips, and kind of square ends. My nails kind of look fat at the ends. Can I get the shape fixed? They're really bugging me.

The shape doesn't look bad to me, but regardless.you should only have one person working on your nails the entire way through! No matter what!

You have really nice hands. but those square tips do not look good. Not to mention that black spot. That would drive me nuts...my OCD kickin' in. lol. I would call them tomorrow and explain that you are not happy and explain how they had 3 different people work on you, and that you'd like to have them redone correctly like you asked. I am a firm believer your paying for a service and you should get what you paid for...pretty nails you'll love.

I think I've decided to just not go back to that salon. I've been there before and was never treated that way. It wasn't even busy when I was there! I won't have time to get it fixed until next week anyway.

@Nicole- I know! The whole time I was like 'uh... What's going on here.'
@Jay- thank you! I have small hands, like a ring size 4. I told them to follow the natural shape of my nail, they obviously didn't.

I think it's a family owned salon, with no 'manager'. I'm just not sure why they did such a terrible job! It looks like I already need a fill in. I showed my nails to someone who does nails and she said you can fix the shape. You just need a fill in. I explained the situation to her and she looked at me like I was crazy.
