How long does it take an order to go through? Have you ladies had this problem before. I didn't even receive a proper confirmation email, I'm getting scared because I used my Amex card. I hope nothing happens.

Hi Shabab...
I case you didn't see my message on your other thread... We ship out via FedEx Monday thru Saturday... so you should get a second confirmation email with a tracking number either tonight or tomorrow morning, and you should get your stuff on Wednesday.
You should have gotten a FIRST confirmation email right away, with an order number. That come right away, ahead of the second one we send when we print the shipping label. The second one will have the tracking number, that's the one you should get tonight or tomorrow.
I'm not sure why you wouldn't have gotten the first one, but I will do a little research and let you know.

Sure thing, sorry for the delay in responding... sometimes we get a little backed up on the weekends. I also just replied to your customer service email, with our phone number and a little more info. Sounds like you did get the first email, which is good. I will talk with our engineering folks about adding some info to that first email, so folks know to expect a second email with the tracking number once their order ships.
