What acne spot treatments have worked best for you?

What has worked for me is differin. It's a prescription but it gets rid of pimples and other yucky acne in a day or so! And something a little easier to get would be any spit treatments with salicylic acid in it!

A bit of lemon juice works for me, but diluted with water so it doesn't sting too much!
