So my bf works outside with dirt and cement his hands got so dry that his slin is like hard and cracking I make him use lotion after the shower but what else can I do??

My Daddy Been Working On The Same Thing For Years And His Hands Are So Rough. He Uses Cetaphil N His Hands Are Softer Now &Smoother:)
