Okay so I've been going tanning and I feel like my goggles are leaving tanlines on my face. I'm a little girl so the protective pieces are kind of big for my eyes. I feel like I have raccoon eyes. :( The string to hold the goggles on are leaving lines as well. What should I do? Can I make my own eye protectors to fit ME perfectly? Ideas!! :)
P.S. Don't tell me tanning beds are bad :) I'm REALLY fair so I need to tan before I go to Florida for spring break so I don't burn!

They make tanning stickers you can put over your eyes so you don't get the lines, but just don't put the string around your head- instead just lay the goggles on your face. A girl from my old tanning place once told me as long as you just keep your eyes shut and avoid any direct contact with your eyes to the bulbs it will be fine, I've done it plenty of times. However, most of the time I just put the towel over my face because I don't want to preage my face or get skin cancer there. And I completely understand your preparation for Florida, I live here and it was almost 90 today! If your fair tho I hope you're not going too many times a week because most tanning places don't tell you but your skin needs a day break in between to Re grow your skin cells, and you'll get a better base tan if you don't go everyday for five days straight- and rather every other day, and use a tingle lotion will help you get really dark too (betrayal is an amazing lotion btw)

Also if you go to Sally's or any of your beauty supply stores they sell the eye protectors individually so you can buy your own and take them with you- plus you'll see all the different styles they come in!
