What's the best foundation and moisturizer for dry skin?

You should go for a cream foundation (they are quite hard to find though) as they are oil based and will help moisturise the skin whilst wearing foundation I found it also gives a really old coverage! If your skin feels more dehydrated you could always use a liquid foundation as that's water based and will help your skins hydration :-) xo.

I Used to have extremely dry flaky skin until I started using No7 protect and perfect moisturzer both the day and night cream, I've been using it for 3 years now and my skin no longer flakes! I like make up forever HD foundation, but don't use it until your skin stops flaking as it really shows with this foundation.

It might sound funny, but drink lots of water...
I love embryolisse (probably misspelled lol) and face and body by mac is awesome... Civer girl have something called cg smoothers and are kinda similar. But pretty much any foundation you can use as long as is water based, that is and mix it with your, foundation.
