I'm sixteen, I eat veggies and fruit everyday. I do have candy and sweets at times, who doesn't? I don't do alto of exercise, could that be the reason?

If you do have oily skin you can try Witch Hazel. It works great to get rid of oil and cleansing the skin. Plus it's natural.

I remove my makeup every night and wash my face with water.. often in the morning I'll wash my face with water as well, but not always. thanks for the suggestions girls. do you know how you can tell if you have oily skin?

Okay to get red of them the BEST way is to 1) when you wake up use a face wash. 2) cleanse. 3) tone 4) moisturise also put an exfoliatior on every week. This will take away all dead cells and make your skin glow. You can also use rose water on your face or get a lemon and squeeze some honey onto in rub it on your face then after about 1-2 minutes wash it off. You can do this every night. Diet wise just stick to healthy eating. Drink pleanty of water and don't worry it'll be gone soon xxx

Wash your bed sheets weekly,
Wash your face at night and maybe in the mornings,
Moisturizer works to if you feel like washing your face to much is making it dry.

Thanks everyone! I'm stopping drinking fizzy pop and start drinking water instead. lets see if that helps :-) its better than it was three days ago, I'm just scared that after these goes away there wi come new ones :-( Because I have dry patches on my face everyttime I wash it I'm putting cream on it too :-) we will see! :-)
