How do I tell if I have oily skin?

Hey
I earlier put in a post with how I suddenly got alto of spots! Tbh it's like they have come over night :( anyways, I got some pretty good answers, some of them saying if you have oily skin there is things you can do about it. now my question is; How do I know if my skin is oily? is there any way to find out? there is places on my face where my akin is extremely dry and its not nice, especially considering last week I had nice skin :-( really upset about my skin, what am I doing wrong? I take off my makeup EVERY night, if I'm wearing anything. then I often wash my face at night with water, and in the morning I wash my face in water to wake up. I don't really often put lotion on but if I feel too dry then I put some on, mostly just normal body lotion as that's the only thing I have at the minute. hope someone out there can help! I will listen to anything and I won't get offended. a girl did tell me to wash my sheets every week, and just to clear it, I do do that! haha. thanks for reading, please help, anything is better than nothing! :-) xx

By your nose in the crease you can feel if you have oily skin. You also can look in the mirror and she any shininess on your skin.

You have combination skin since you have dry patches. And from the picture you don't look like you have oily skin. You have oily skin if your face ends up looking greasy after a few hours.

And you shud get a moisturizer for your face. The body lotion could irritate your face and cause you to break out.
