I agree with Julia , I use it all over my face under powder foundation and it brightens my whole face(:

Wake Me Up concealer (its like a special under eye one) and foundation are really really good, brightens up your eyes soooo much. Very reasonable price too x

Use an under eye cream, apply just below the eye, let settle then apply a corrector. Depending on your skin, you wanna choose a bisque or light pink if you're pale or peach for darker skin. Apply up the the lashes and in the inner corner. After you apply the corrector you'll want to apply a concealer, most likely a yellow tone. Then apply a yellow toned loose powder to set the concealer

The best concealer that I have used is the Éclat Lumiere by Chanel, the pink tone no30. It really gets rid of dark circles and adds great freshness around the eye.
