I use a brow pencil and then go over it with a matte eyeshadow. Currently I'm using MUA's Brow Pencil in Blonde and MUA's Matte Eyeshadow in Brown. I like to go over the pencil with the shadow because I think it gives the shadow something to stick to and I'm able to get more depth and definition without it being too harsh or dark.

I use Jane Iredale's itty bitty brow kit. it has a setting wax. I like this one but there is also a product I quite liked that I bought from the shopping channel in Canada which was from Dalton cosmetics. It was a gel wax type consistency and was really quite nice to use.
