The best stippling brush I've used thus far would have to be my Sigma F80. I'm sure you've heard lots of ppl rave about this brush. If you haven't tried the beauty blender I'd definitely get that instead it gives you a full, flawless coverage unlike any other brush can give you.

Technically the f80 is a flat top kabuki, not a stippling brush. I do recommend that brush though, it's very nice for foundation.
