Steady your elbow on a flat steady surface and steady your hand on your cheek so your hand won't shake. :)

Gel eye liner I feel gives me the most control, have a steady hand and have q tips on hand.

Make sure you have the best tools to use! I use the MAC 211 brush and gel liner
