I understand its hard dieting. from experience. it's hard to avoid the yummy food. so I eat a healthy fruits and veggies. try protein shakes. and it's important to EXERCISE! most people won't lose the weight if you don't lost calories and all you do is consume them. so go to a gym or find a workout plan that suits you at home.

The best diet would be just to watch your quantites of food, cut out all junck and sodas, and dont eat anything past 7 pm that way your stomach will rest.

The Best advice I can give you is carbs are your enemy healthy and animal fats are your friend! Sugar and carbs make you fat period end of story! Also processed foods and trans fats. It's all about blood sugar and the glycemic index. Do some research!

Become vegan! It's the best thing I ever did. I lost 27 pounds in 4 months and I have been keeping it off by continuing to be vegan. If you have Netflix watch forks over knives. Or other food documentaries. I promise you becoming vegan changed my body dramatically.

Cut out carbs! The Atkins diet works so well for me and my mom. It basically limits carbs and you lose weight super quick! Carbs are what drives cravings, so if you cut the carbs, you lose the cravings.

Ok, I'll list for you my routine, and although its not healthy, it's really worked for me, I've lost 45 pounds, and still losing. I only eat one meal a day, always dinner. I don't drink any calories. Vitamin water zero calories is my favorite. I also drink ice water all the time. When I eat dinner I eat very slow and as little as I can possibly get away with. I don't put salt on anything. I avoid toppings as much as possible. If I want a little flavor I use hot sauce, horseradish or mustard as there is little to no calories. If I can't make it to dinner I eat a snack of hard boiled egg whites. Only 15 cals a piece. I don't know if I already said this cause it won't let me scroll up but I walk as much as possible and take the stairs for no reason. Another thing, the egg whites are extremely filling and sometimes eat a couple a day, that being all I eat. Hope I helped a little. (: I also forgot to mention I'm a vegetarian.

The diet that worked for me was eating food for your blood type and just so you know you can have a simple finger prick to determine this or a quick stop to the doc. Here's the different food you should eat for the different blood types:
Blood Type O: Lean meats, poultry, and fish.
Blood Type A: A vegetarian diet (based on agrarian history) including soy proteins, grains, and organic vegetables.
Blood Type B: Low-fat dairy, meat, and produce.
Blood Type AB: Seafood, tofu, dairy, and most produce.

Sorry, I forgot to include eliminating caffeine/sugary drinks and strictly drink water. One more thing is to regulate the times you eat and always make sure you eat before working out so your body has energy and carbs to burn. I hope this helps you out :-)

The fact that youtr only eating once a day is going to make you hold on to fat rather than shed it. Spread your food throughout the day to keep your metabolism going which eill make you burn more calories.
