My friends and my mom always tells me to sleep without a bra but idky I sleep wearing one! I'm just used to it, but people say you shouldnt wear one while sleeping.

After taking health classes I learned the best underwear to wear (and bra) is cotton, if any at all so your body can breathe. Also push up bras are highly recommended to not wear frequently because over time it actually partakes in MORE sagging or earlier sagging because it doesn't allow the tissues elasticity to lay natural. I sleep and go bra-less a lot but I am also a very small cup size (AA.) However, bigger breasts or not I would suggest cotton bras during sleeping.

More comfort without! I sleep in a sports bra so it still feels like a little support but it's super comfy. Plus it can cause breast problems if you sleep with a regular bra.

Its always good to let your body breathe. Dr. oz had a thing about this once and said it doesn't really matter but it's much more comfortable without.

I feel so uncomfortable without a bra and I'm a small C. Unless it feels weird or I'm sick or just can't find one I wear them to bed. I should get a bra just for sleeping in x3.

I used to sleep with a bra all the time, but then I didn't and it's so much more comfortable!! I can't even explain it lol I hate wearing a bra... And even when I get home from a long day, I always take my bra off like immediately lol it feels so much better!!7!!:)

I dont sleep with a bra on. At the end of the day just taking off your bra is the best feeling in the world! But I have small boobs (32A!) and I try to get away without wearing one for as long as I can hahah (not out in public of course!)

I alternate. I have bigger boobs (D) and even though it's way more comfortable without I feel that if I wear one it might keep them in control. I also have one kinda a lot bigger than the other and I still can't determine which way is best to sleep with that issue. like if I go without it gives room for the smaller one to grow but if I keep it on it might also keep the bigger one from continuously getting bigger...I'm lost lol.

I've done both, but I find I get sore around that time of the month and I wear a sports/compression bra to bed because it hurts more without. It's all personal preference, it won't change your boobs.

It's sad that women don't feel comfortable with their breast size, both big and small. I'm 20 years old and mine are 32AA, which is known literally as flat-chested but I love them. So maybe I don't have sex appeal to a select group of guys but heck there is something to enjoy about any set of breasts! From what I see small chested women want bigger and bigger chested women want smaller. Just appreciate what you have and you will be much happier. They all jiggle and look good in something, just have to find the right things to compliment your body. Sorry for the rant, I just see some very insecure people on here and want to reassure everyone they are beautiful.
