Just sleep in a special bra not with bands that's hurts you :p it's better to sleep with a bra to keep it in firm!

UGH! I hate sleeping with a bra. It is is so uncomfortable. What ever rumors there are about sleeping with one, how it either stops them from growing or it 'keeps them firm' as Monika said, if you've never slept without a bra, oh my damn, you need to. like right now. take off your bra, and go to sleep.
I didn't have school today and I've been bra-less alllll day, and lemme tell you suuuummmmm guurrrrllllllll. I feel gud!

Yes,I sleep with my bra on coz I feel comfortable with Cotton and spandex material bra as it keeps the boobs in place...not those ones with push ups or underwired not good enough to sleep with and can be hurting...

Nope and I take any chance I can get to go braless. If you feel you need a bit of support or something look for a singlet with inbuilt soft cups or similar.

Not weird at all because I too had the same question.I sleep without a bra because it is better for your breast and that way your bra won't be to tight. Or you can wear a sports bra or al lose bra(:

When I wear bras I usually wear sport bras that are comfy and colorful. I sleep in those all the time. Lately I've been using tank tops underneath sweaters/other shirts and using those as bras- I'll sleep in those. I have a really bad habit of wearing my clothes to bed. If I'm showered and in jammies or lazing around the house- no bra. I have saggy DD's btw :P I kinda like the natural look, as opposed to the hoisted up look. I stopped wearing normal bras a long time ago because they pinched, were uncomfy, and didn't fit me right. I'll probably go to a special bra fitters at some point, but not any time soon :D.

Dr oz says sleeping in bras can encourage beast cancer.. And I have no idea in hell how hahaha. It depends on the situation for me. At home no bra, but at sleepovers I wear one.
