Take some vitamin b.

Try a the heat activated volume spray from ion. You can purchase this at any beauty place, it's around 6$ I think- and it's heat activated so I personally like it better than "thinking cremes" or other prouducts you just apply to your hair with minimal roots. I spray this in damp hair (after the shower or just get a comb damp an run it thru your hair until its pretty much all wet) I put it on my roots the majority of the time but you can just spray it on your hair and aviod your ends, this is a weightless product you won't feel anything or see anything until after you blow dry it but make sure you run your fingers or a comb thru it so its not all just in one spot unless you want it that way, then blowdry with a round brush, with your head upside down, or holding your hair straight up and down for more volume. Blow dry it on med heat you never want to use the really hot heat on your hair it will just open up your cuticle and frizz out& damage your hair &that's not what we want to do! As your hair dries you will see it start to have huge volume and look a lot thicker, like you just teased it. I have sprayed it too close on my head and it can make your hair slightly crunchy like gel almost if you do that so hold it about 12 inches from your hair and you can always brush it out if that happens to you! This product also has a heat protectant which is sooo important when blow drying your hair. Then you can add other styling products and style as you normally would. This product has been such a life saver for me,as I have extremely thin hair :( I've tried the powders and thickening everything and its all bs in my opinion and teasing your hair is just damage!! So this has worked. Another product that's similar but is a mouse is Avedas phomollient styling foam you apply this the same way but you put 3-5 pumps in your hair.. It's completely weightless so more is better if your hairs long, and of course it has a heat protectant in it too, and is all natural so the smell is very clean- but aquired! This is also around 20$ I think though I'm not sure I got it for free from Aveda when I went to school there! And lastly, you can apply dry shampoo to your already dried hair and apply at roots and middle of hair in sections and hit with a blow drier quickly on lowest heat to dry if it makes your hair damp. If you have dark hair you need to be careful of the white residue some can leave behind- however, they make dark colored ones for different hair color now. This will depending on your hair it has made my hair look greasy the next day, and has a lot of product buildup in my fine thin hair. Batisse dry shampoo hint of color is a great brand/product to try... And for me this will be a trial and error of what works for you- I would go to ulta for this and see what they have because they carry drugstore &high end, and I wouldn't personally recommend any of the drug store brands ESP treseme I didn't like it at all! I really hope this helps!! I have the same issue so I'm constantly looking for products to give me that big sexy Victoria secret hair! :)
