Every time I straighten my hair, it just gets wavy again, after about 5 minutes. (I have long thin blonde hair)

Try a higher heat setting on your straightener and go over all your hair a few times to make sure it's nice and straight(: btw nice name xD.

Ok sophie I can relate, my hairs the same way, I use hair spray then brush it
Straight but I wait until its almost dry because with me at least, it tends to work better. If you keep doing that it will start to stay naturally straighter
