If you heat up your eyelash Curler by blowdrying it a little but that helps hold your curl. make sure you place it in your hand before putting it against your eye.
specific mascara, try Loreals "Voluminous" or Maybellines "The Rocket" my favorites is Loreals but both formulas are great. ohh and try using a waterproof mascara those tend to hold curls longer because the formula is different than the original

Maybelline colossal is good but makes my lashes clumpy >.< I really love lash by lash thou and another tip for longer lashes is to oil them every night before your go to bed so in the morning your lashes are nice and conditioned (:

A waterproof mascara doesn't weigh down your lashes, it actually keeps em up! and I use Mary Kay waterproof mascara. I've tried all the other brands and never got the result of what I wanted, malnourished clumping or dropping down of eye lashes.
