Cover girl stays on all day. I would suggest you use a settler if you are afraid of smudging or it wearing off.

I dont recommend them, but I understand the need for the price. I've checked out the prices of drugstore foundations and I recommend just going to a department store or sephora and buying clinique. Very similar in the price, but way better quality.
