Use scalp treatments and surface conditioners (basically lots of moisture!) just to try and prevent breakage and use lots of heat protectant

As you can see my hair I blue xD and it is relatively healthy for how many times I've bleached it. I take biotin almost everyday and my nails are nice and long and not brittle anymore!

COCONUT OIL. Body shop carries pure coconut oil. Use it 3 times a week putting it on before bed and toeing your hair up in a tight bun...you will notice a big change. Once you get the results you are looking for just use oil once a week or every 2 weeks to keep it soft.

Mix olive oil eggs and milk together I know it sounds disgusting but they help produce and encourage natural oils In your hair which will encourage it to replenish its self naturally as well as also giving short term affects you could also deep condition? This helps mine x

Do the keratin treatment (I don't know if that's how you call it in english) it is a straightening treatment that repairs hair, really helpful

What's really going to help your hair. This is from experience and I'm a professional, you need good products.. Redken ani snap with help fuse your ends for less breakage and a good repair shampoo and conditioner like pureology essential repair is going to do wonders. I would also do a deep condition mask once a week. And I wouldn't frieak out. Hair will always grow back. :)

Use moisturizing conditioners, dont wash it every day, try to go for every 3 or more days. And it's not just about what you put on top of your hair, but also what you put into your body. Your hair needs lots of protein, so protein shakes and lean meats will really help!! Also drinking water and eating fruits will really hydrate it giving it a healthy shine! It will be a while before you see results, but dont give up!
