What is the easiest way to get rid of damadged hair? I mean I can cut it but what else? I have naturally straight hair but with all the hear damage its frizzy and wavy and flat. How can I fix this? Help!

okay so cutting it is basically the only way to start fresh, however; I too refuse to do so. Just take it easy on your hair for awhile, use Minimal to no heat and when you do use a good heat protectant. I recommend Tees Semme Heat Tamer, shampoo less! Nexxus split end repair overnight treatment worked well for me. Try doing a deep hair mask once a week and always leave your conditioner on in the shower for at least 3mins while you wash your face and body. Moisture moisture moisture, your hair is dry and frizzy, it's thirsty so deep conditioning treatments are super important!! You can buy them in stores and salons or make your own at home. Avocado, olive oil, and honey a
is a good one to start with. Go on YouTube and watch tutorials on how to make them. Very simple, I promise. Stalls beauty supply has a lot of great olive oil treatments that I swear made my hair healthier! Good luck! And be patient, it is so stressful but it takes awhile to g
repair your hair without cutting it.

Try the argan oil hair mask from Sally's. not too expensive and works wonders! If you can sit under dryer or out in the sun with a plastic cap to enhance results ;)

Only wash your hair every other day or every few days, also use a gentle shampoo (Johnson's baby shampoo is great) and a heavy conditioner. You definitely want something that is going to pack protein into your hair. A oil like argan or Moroccan is also great! And trim every 4-6 weeks. :)

Ditch d conditioner and use a hair mask everytime u wash ur hair...masks are heavier and provide more moisture and create a sort on artificial layer...Dats d reason y a lot of profession/salon haircare range dont hv condirioners they only come with a shampoo and mask for eg x tenso range by loreal specially for ppl wd straight but frizzy and damaged hair
