I just bought some of the BH Cosmetics pallets and I read that it is best to use primer with them. I'm on a budget so can I use my foundation to prep my eyes?

They have eye primers that aren't that expensive and also eye mousse which sets as the base for eye make-up but if all else fails you can simply use a concealer on your eyes.
