Help With Tightlining!

I have recently begun doing tightlining, or lining my upper lash line with liner. I use cream liner and it never stays! Any tips or tricks to help? thanks! Xx

Use liquid liner, its my Bestfriend, haha xD it held you get a small, precise line, and usually stays all day (depending on the brand)

You need to use a soft pencil liner to tight line. It just won't work with a brush on and the formula of liquid/cream/gel can burn the delicate eye tissue. Tight lining is coloring the upper or lower waterline.

Omygod. no dont use liquid liner on your tightline!! if you're tighlining the inner top waterline it is best to use a kohl liner or a soft pencil liner. if you feel comfortable with it set it with a black eyeshadow.
if you're lining the lash line then go ahead and use liquid, but NEVER use liquid liner to tighline the inside of your eyes. Liquid eye liner can severely cause damage on your eyes if it gets in there directly. And the pain of liquid liner is just unpleasant.

Try Buxom insider eyeliner which is meant for the waterline. Don't use anything waterproof.

Try a eyeliner pen. Sephora's waterproof one is the best! I use it all the time. I had the same problem as you until I started using sephora's.

Ok so this is An old trick we use to do is you melt your eyeliner pencil tip Basically soften it not to much it had to be very subtle and quick then blow to cool it down then there you go.The best one to use by far for this is Maybelline eye pencil Expert wear..I've use so many eye liners but for that tight lining through the Years that liner is tops for me.Hope this helps.

Something in that liner just makes it last..just regular soft tip liner will Also give you the look but it just washes out.

For tightlining, you should try to place the eyeliner in between the lashes rather than the upper waterline. It really stays and it defines your eyes without it looking like you are really trying. You'll know if you did it right if your lashes move as you are placing the eyeliner. Hoped I helped :)

I use the khol waterproof pencil in jet black from NYX- I have had such a problem with getting liner to stay in my waterline, but this stays on all day, this is a must have!
this is what it looks like, it's around $6 at ulta, and it works the excact same as the stila stay all day liner pencil and too faced waterproof one too- which are $22 it's seriously the best!!

I cannot tightline on the upper waterline because I have really irritable eyes, and it ends up just running everywhere. I normally just take a pencil and from underneath the lashes I will kind of drag the pencil along the hairs to make them appear thicker. No watery eyes and no running.
