I have a glass top desk, and I have one of those desk size plastic 3 drawer compartments from Target or Walmart. For my pigments I use craft boxes. Everything stacks nicely and I still have room to use my desk to do my makeup or academic purposes.

Ooh I like the idea of a glass top desk. I have a small plastic drawer that is stackable so that would be half the trouble already sorted..thank you!

Google muji and find their online website for your country
they have those plastic drawers but you can customise your own ones
It is quite pricey, but I totally recommend it!
