I think that depending on your outfit. If you are wearing a white shirt, I would personally try to wear a bold lipstick. If I were to wear a grey, or blue I would choose to bolden my eyes.

Victoria, same here! It really depends on what I'm wearing. With a lighter top, bold red lip. With darker tops, I like bold eyes. When I'm wearing patterns, I'll usually go for a greyed out smokey eye.

I like both. Bold eye is more flirty and a bold lip is just classic. My lips are a mauvy tone naturally so they go well with the bold eye

I prefer bold lips, depending on the colour. I generally only like bold lips if they are red or a bright pink, or even an orange colour. Bold eyes... eh. It depends on the person and how they wear it. On myself, I prefer bold lips; I usually put on a shade of red lipstick, and just put on a little eyeshadow that matches my skintone, as well as mascara. Bold eyes tend to not work out so much for me, mainly because I'm terrible at applying eyeliner and shadow, etc.
