Concealer. If you put BB cream on first and concealer after, your face is going to be green. So when you put the BB cream over the concealer it will cover up the green.

Bb cream.. My skin is a little dry in the winter so I use moisterizer first then bb cream then foundation and concealer and then Nars bronzing powder and Orgasm blush.

You put the bb cream on first because if you didn't...your concealer would be smudged away with the bb cream.

Ultimately it's all about what works better with your skin, but I put on the concealer first, blend it let it dry and then apply foundation (or in your case BB cream.)
