you can use "Not Your Mothers Way To Grow shampoo and conditioner" its pricey but it works so well. my hair is SOOO soft and it smells so delicious, like strawberries!

You can either be patient or get extensions! If you want to let it grow out, keep it healthy; Always use a leave in conditioner, and deep condition your hair once a week. Look up LetsMakeItUp1 on YouTube; she has great tips on how to keep your hair healthy in her latest video about her hair resolutions!

you really can't fix damaged hair. once its damaged, its damaged. you can use things with silicone in it to make your hair look healthier and shinier. but silicone can weigh your hair down
