i feel like if you have to ask...
here's my opinion: ask your MOTHER. or guardian, whatever. it is THEIR choice if you can wear it or not. you're too young to make that decision on your own and i know that my mom sure as heck was not allowing me to wear makeup at 11 years old. and when i was able to wear it, it was with her advising me what to do, not the internet.
