What kind of foundation are you using? Primers and setting powders are made to help keep product there, but maybe it's a skin type/foundation type (ingredient) problem.

using a moisturizer and a primer helps a ton! it also is good for your skin!!! after you apply your foundation, use a translucent powder!! It works amazing(:
