I've used the tresemme one as well and it's perfect. If u can dish out the money, I'd also suggest the bumble and bumble styling straight creme. It is a heat protectant and cuts your blow dry time in half

Is would recommend Paul Mitchell heat spray, you get what u pay for and u don't need a ton! If u use it conservatively it will last long!

Yes always use before blow drying most + just a top up before straightening + curling :) if you do it with hair wet then it should stay on for straightening but I always top up :)I use tresseme + it was like £6 in England + it's lasted me over 4 months + I've still got like 1/4 left :) xxxx
