Go to Talk up near the top of the page, select the category you want, and on the right there is a button to start a new topic. It is pretty simple. If you want a photo with it select "attach a photo"

I don't think it's good for the plumbing. Spit it into a waste basket with paper towels.

What is tmj? Is it where your jaw is sore all the time and prevents you from opening your mouth all the way and what kind of oil do you use?

Brittany A.
I figured it was probably olive, I am sure you could find out fairly easy

TMJ is the tempro-mandibular joint. It can pop, click, difficulty chewing, pain can radiate into the ear and cause severe headaches. There isn't any treatment other than getting your occlusion back in order [braces, surgery] and you can try some massages around that joint as well. Medications just alleviate the symptoms they don't solve the issue. :)

I am familiar with the procedure, however, do not do it. It can seriously mess up your throat.

Well then, I am pretty sure I have TMJ, I have those issues quite a bit.

Just saying you're not supposed to drink the oil. You swish around, gargle as spit out. It shows that in the picture too. You use sunflower or sesame seed oil and swish for 10-15 minutes.
