Pomegranate tea. Advil. Midol. Heat pads on the lower abdomen area should help as well.

a hot bath. or if you have a heating pad, (like the ones you hook into the wall and are meant for back pain) you can place it over your stomach and it relieves pain

Bannanas help! Ib profen oo and get a pillow and put it under your stomache while on all fours. And dont eat anything thatll make u gassy!! U dont want gas ontop of cramps. Trust me. And hot baths. Limited chocolate. This may sound weird but wear socks in the house. I find myself cramping more when I dont wear socks but it could just be my head. But it wouldnt hurt to try. Hope you feel better girlie!

This might sound kind of off, but anyways. Eat lots of bananas and nuts, and take a bath tonight. That bananas and nuts give you protein, and it is good for your cramps.
