I have pimples and I've used everything ... do you know some product that could help and that I could find in sephora?

Philosophy. I started with the Clear Days Ahead line and now I'm just using the Purity Made Simple cleanser and the Hope in a Jar moisturizer. I've found over the years that the cleanser very rarely actually helps with acne. It's not on the face long enough to do much good. I do like the Clear Days cleanser but I don't think it did anything miraculous for my breakouts. But you could try it if you want. I think the Purity one is much better though. It deep cleans but is very gentle, I use it on my eyes as well with no irritation. The product from the Clear Days line that I would get is the acne treatment lotion. That's what really helped clear my skin, along with the spot treatment. Its expensive for the size but I always found it to be worth it.

I also really like the Murad products. They have 30 or 60 day trial kits at Sephora. I usually mix the Murad products with Philosophy's Clear Days Ahead line. My acne used to be really bad, but now things are starting to clear up.
