Some discount websites aren't valid but Amazon is pretty trustworthy. I've never had a problem with them (i've ordered from them about 10 times). I bought an new Essie from amazon.com once and it only cost like $3 plus shipping and handling. (:

Ultas brand is really good and almost always on sale. Its usually $6 but seriously like atleast 1/2 of the month their either half off or bogo 1/2 off or free.

wet and wild is good, all their stuff is a dollar. if you can find a dollar tree or 99 cent store you can find some opi and revlon stuff there. also big lots has reduced price cosmetics

I love Avon's nail varnishes, they're £6 but the have offered when they're like £3 or 3-4 for £10. I also like E.L.F nail varnish, I've just got 3 pots for £1 each. I coat my nails about 3 times with these though to get a deep shiny colour. x
