How can I rock a full black eyeliner and dark eyeshadow without looking like a crackhead?

If you add a shimmer on top of the dark eyeshadow, or mix in a few other colors to do a smokey eye, you'll look fabulous!

Do it like a smokey eye and highlight the brow bone with a light shadows. Use a neutral lip and nothing too over the top like red or something when you are doing a dark shadows.

Blending will be your best friend when doing a dark eye. A dark eye doesn't always have to consist of black eyeshadow. Grays & browns will have the same effect. Also like someone said before, if you're eyes are going to be bold, keep your cheeks & lips fairly nude until you feel comfortable enough to do a bold eye & bold lip. Check out youtube for some tutorials & I'm sure they'll most definitely help. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVosMRTimeE
