Milk of Magnesia is suppose to be good for really oily skin. I use Monistat Chafing Gel as a primer.

Well I think if the Monistat Chafing Gel is safe enough for "down below" it should be good for your face. I've never experienced problems with that, ELF's or Hard Candy's face primers.
