Does anyone have this? I saw this in the display today and it had been touched and used and tested a lot but it looked like a regular powder texture. Nothing crazy but it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for so I bought it and when I opened it up at home it looks like a piece of white card board. I touched jt and tried to swatch it and it didn't make a mark at all. Is this how it starts out? I'm not sure what to think of this.

I wasn't impressed either once I saw it in person. I found it to be hard to get anything on the brush and I was the first customer to even come contact with it so I don't understand why it was being so difficult. I think the loose powder option might be better but I wasn't a fan of stark whiteness of it. Especially against my skintone. I picked up the Bobbi Brown Retouching powders in "peach" and "rose" before NARS release and I've been quite happy with those. "Peach" brightens while "Rose" gives a nice flushy glow.

Hhhmmm. So it's not just me. That's how it is. The display in the store was nice and soft almost creamy. It felt luxurious. That's why I bkught it. I think you need to get into it. I saw the loose powder but I HATE loose powder. I was lookong for something comparable to the MUFE HD powder in a pressed form.

There was probably a bad production run that slipped thru quality control. :( You should exchange it and see if that one was just a random dud. I know the sample I swatched was definitely a dud because it was far from creamy un texture.

I may do that. I'm going to try amd use this one first though because they will still let me return it either way and because they are 30 minutes away so it's not a quick trip for me. But thanks for your info. I thought I was crazy. I even knicked the top corner of this one because I thought it was a cover OVER the powder and tried to pull it off. Woops
