I was 12 when I could use it on my own but not till jr. high did I have any sort of routine (mascara, eyeliner and concealer? it wasn't till high school till I did a full beauty routine. my mom did give special lotion for my skin damage when I was 10 lol I spent a lot of time outisdw as a child.
