14, my freshmen year and I wore THICK raccoon eyeliner and wouldn't leave the house without it...I looked ridiculous now that I think back but that's what I wanted then apparently lol.

I was 12 when I could use it on my own but not till jr. high did I have any sort of routine (mascara, eyeliner and concealer? it wasn't till high school till I did a full beauty routine. my mom did give special lotion for my skin damage when I was 10 lol I spent a lot of time outisdw as a child.
